DIY Leather Heart Hair Clips
My friend Heather loaned me a bag of scrap leather pieces (she’s a good friend)! I wanted to make some new hair clips for the girls using the scraps. I kept it simple. Really simple. Read more for the full tutorial (full meaning only two steps)…
Supplies: leather scraps // glue (I used E6000) // hair clips (I used Goody brand) // scissors
Steps 1: Using very sharp scissors, cut a one and a half inch heart. I first cut a template from paper and used that to cut leather.
Step 2: Using a toothpick, put glue on the top area of hair clip. Adhere leather heart onto glued area of clip.
Step 3: Let the clip dry overnight before putting in hair.
